Our Story
ArchCel JV Ltd was founded in 2006 with a clear and focused mission: to provide European architectural and engineering firms with a high-quality, cost-effective outsourcing partner they could trust. What began as a small start-up has grown, over two decades, into one of the most experienced architectural drawing production companies in South Asia.
In 2009, the company was formally incorporated as a limited company in Bangladesh — a joint venture between Eseebase A/S, a Danish partner responsible for European business development, and Bestec Holdings Ltd., the Bangladeshi partner overseeing all drawing production operations.
Today, ArchCel employs more than 100 full-time architects, engineers, CAD technicians, and BIM specialists — all working from our purpose-built studio in Uttara, Dhaka. Our clients are architects, engineers, and construction professionals across Denmark, Scandinavia, and Europe, and many have been working with us for over a decade.

2D and 3D architectural production drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and schedules — in AutoCAD to your office standard.
BIM MODELING
Intelligent 3D models in Revit and ArchiCAD. Full coordination, clash detection, IFC export, and ISO 19650 compliance for Danish and European projects.
ELECTRICAL
Power distribution, lighting layouts, fire alarm, data cabling, and single-line diagrams — prepared to DS/EN electrical standards for European building projects.
LANDSCAPE
Site plans, planting plans, hard landscaping layouts, grading drawings, and external works schedules for residential, commercial, and public realm projects.
MASTERPLAN
Urban and site masterplan drawings — land use, access, phasing, area calculations, and planning submission packages for large-scale development projects.
MEP DRAWINGS
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation drawings including VVS, heating, ventilation, and drainage — coordinated with architectural and structural models.
SIMULATION
Photorealistic 3D renderings, animated walkthroughs, and design simulation outputs for client presentations, planning submissions, and design competitions.
STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete and steel structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and connection details. Prepared to Eurocode and Danish DS/EN standards in Tekla Structures.
