What We Do:

Our BIM team creates comprehensive Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. We work within your BIM Execution Plan (BEP), follow your employer’s information requirements (EIR), and deliver models that are genuinely useful — not just geometrically correct, but correctly structured, classified, and populated with the data your project needs.
We have extensive experience supporting Danish and Scandinavian BIM projects, where open BIM and IFC workflows are standard practice. Our team is well-versed in the demands of large multi-discipline projects.

Scope of Work :

Architectural BIM modeling — from schematic to detailed design stages
Structural BIM modeling — in coordination with architectural models
MEP BIM modeling — mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Clash detection and coordination reports
IFC export and model checking
2D drawing extraction from BIM models (plans, sections, elevations, details)
BIM model audits and quality checking
Model updating and revision management
Scan to BIM

Software & Application :

Autodesk Revit Architecture, Autodesk AEC, AutoCAD Architecture, BIM Collaboration, Solibri, MS365 office application and other associated tools. We can also work in client-specified CAD platforms upon request

Deliverables :

Revit models, IFC models, DWG files (AutoCAD 2010–2024 format), DWFX, PDF drawing sets, and plotted drawings — in your preferred sheet sizes and specified scales.

Standards & LOD :

We are experienced working at LOD 200 through LOD 400. We follow ISO 19650 principles for information management, and are familiar with the Danish DS/EN ISO 19650 implementation guidelines, Danish Digital Construction (Digitalt Byggeri) requirements, and CCS (Construction Classification System) used across Scandinavia.
