Software & Application :

Autodesk Revit Architecture, Autodesk AEC, AutoCAD Architecture, BIM Collaboration, Solibri, MS365 office application and other associated tools. We can also work in client-specified CAD platforms upon request

Deliverables :

Revit models, IFC models, DWG files (AutoCAD 2010–2026 format), DWFX, PDF drawing sets, and plotted drawings — in your preferred sheet sizes and specified scales.

Standards :

We follow LOD100 to LOD400 Scandinavian standards, and individual client office standards. Please share your standard package at project commencement — we will follow it precisely.

How do I get started?

What file formats do you accept and deliver?

We accept DWG, RVT, IFC, PDF, SketchUp, and most other common design file formats. We deliver in whichever format your project requires — typically DWG, PDF, and/or RVT/IFC.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — always. All projects commence with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. Your project data and client information are treated with the strictest confidentiality.

What are your typical turnaround times?

This depends on the scale and complexity of the project. Small tasks can often be turned around within 24–48 working hours. Larger drawing packages are agreed on a project-by-project basis, with clear milestones set out in the project proposal. Our Dhaka time zone (UTC+6) often means overnight turnaround for European clients.

Can you work to our office CAD standard?

Absolutely. We ask all new clients to share their CAD manual, drawing template, and layer standard at the start of the project. We follow your conventions precisely.

Do you offer ongoing retainer arrangements?

Yes. Many of our long-term clients operate on a monthly retainer basis, giving them access to a dedicated part of our team on an ongoing basis. This works particularly well for practices with consistent production requirements.
